– Support BD team to prepare quotation to customers.
– Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
– Implementing operational policies and procedures.
– Implementing and overseeing security operations.
– Ensuring all of activities of warehouse follow safety and compliance requirement stickily.
– Motivating and disciplining staff.
– Document control
– Maintaining awareness and knowledge of condition and location of fleet vehicles.
– Inventory accuracy
– Be responsibility for PnL of warehousing nationwide
– Assists management in setting company strategy and direction all division warehouses based on future business development opportunities, external factors, emerging technologies, and customer needs.
– Manages multiple projects at once; plans, arranges, organizes and negotiates contracts, services, vendors, and communicates status on a regular basis.
– Develop and publish KPI
– Develop warehousing network
– Setup new projects
– Report to General Manager- Warehouse & Domestic Distribution
– Manage 100 headcount
Any other duties as assigned by superior
Yêu cầu
- Understand deeply about logistics industry Vietnam geography is MUST
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
- Strong leadership required.
- Good English in 4 skills.
- Analysis mindset and numbering driven thinking.
- Proactive and positive attitude;Able to travelling
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and customers.
- Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent working mindset.
- Able to work well under stress in a fast paced environment, with short deadlines.
