- Researching and understanding the company’s products to introduce, advise and answer to customers.
- Constantly expanding, looking for new sources of customers and Taking care of and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Proactively solve arising problems in orders: contracts, products, payment, shipping….
- Take care of sales accounts like Gold Alibaba account, …
- Building and managing customer data scientifically and effectively.
- Co-ordinate with other departments to get the job done properly and quickly
Yêu cầu
- At least 1 year experience in exporting beverage or related goods.
- Working well with customers, especially foreigner.
- Negotiating, negotiating and closing deals skill
- Patien, Positive & Can Do Attitude
