Mô tả
- Manage & operate transportation service activities according to the current regulations.
- Ensure the supply on schedule, with the good quality and on time in full with suitable payment method and price.
- Coordinate with potential suppliers (logistic company, 3PL,..) to find innovative solutions for the transportation at the lowest costs.
- Sourcing and build the professional transportation service suppliers to meet the company’s requirements with the competitive in price, payment term and services for each route.
- Responsible for supply: domestic shipping service and international shipping services on time in full, coordinate with sites to optimize the transportation cost and packing solutions. Perform the payment procedures of the department.
- Manage and control all transportation services and delivery activities to ensure the quality of provided service and optimize transportation cost, increase customer satisfaction
- Coordinate closely with the other departments to solve and handle problems related to the quality of the carrier’s shipping service
- Provide security, express delivery, air conditioning repair and maintenance, forklift, stationery services for office and factories
- Other tasks as required by the Senior Procurement Manager
Yêu cầu
- University degree: Economic, Business Administration, Logistics
- English: communication
- At least 5 years of experience working for manufacturing or logistics companies
- Deeply understand about Management and Import – Export activities
- Planning, organizing, and managing time skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
