Job Details
Position: Japanese Speaking – HR Leader
Job Code: 62414
Responsibility
(1) Formulate and promote human resource strategies in cooperation with headquarters.
(2) Recruit new graduates and mid-career workers based on the personnel plan
(3) Develop and operate training systems, plan and implement organizational development measures as necessary
(4) Develops optimal evaluation and compensation system / Directs and supervises the operation of the system
(5) Payroll and labor-related operations / Other general human resources operations
– Working location: Que Vo District, Bac Ninh
– Monthly Salary: 700~1200(USD)
Yêu cầu
Requirements
・Education: Bachelor degree and above
・Gender: Any
・Age: 27 - 35 years old (33 years old on average)
・Language: Japanese business level (equivalent to N2 and above) , Language skills will be checked directly during the interview.
・Experience: Have 5 years of working experience in Human Resource, General Affair or related department in any industry.
・Skill: Can use MS office.
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Have working experience in Japanese companies.
・Have management experience.
・Have experience working in Japan

・Talkative, Accurate, Speedy, Honest
