OBJECTIVES

• Be responsible for initiatives related to Telesales Development to increase X-sell.
• Proposing workplan, organizing project team, executing or assisting in the execution of the project/ campaign in order to deliver the project/ campaign on time and meet objectives.
• Report on the implementation progress in the Project Control Committee, evaluate the project/ campaign to improve the efficiency of the X-sell Telesales Development.

COMMUNICATION

Internal (within VPB FC)

Purpose

• All key stakeholders of projects
• Cooperate with key stakeholders to create and implement projects/ campaign.
• Establish and maintain close rapport with all relevant parties to obtain support in delivering desired deliverables.

External (outside VPB FC)

Purpose​

Implement projects and deliver desired deliverables as per requests of BOM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Propose initiatives based on analysis at management view, propose solutions to increase Telesales key performance metrics:

• Work with X-sell Analysis & Insights Unit and other stakeholders to conduct analyses to preliminarily test hypotheses and compile proposal for Telesales effectiveness initiatives.
• Research methodology to implement initiatives (in-house or outsourced, if in-house, which methodologies & tools to use), and draft detailed workplan
• Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.

Plan the project

• Create a detailed project work plan which identifies budget, requirements and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
• Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
• Communicate and align with stakeholders on project work plan, objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.

Monitor the project

• Prepare reports on the project for management and provide it to related parties.
• Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed on project progress.
• Monitor all budgeted project expenditures.

Evaluate the project

• Follow up to ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
• Support to evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.
• Undertake other tasks assigned by line manager
