Mô tả
- Track the import schedule and prepare for receiving goods according to the department’s plan.
- Check, import goods into warehouses and return of wrong/ unsuitable goods in accordance with the company’s regulations.
- Transportation, arrangement and storage of goods in warehouses in accordance with the technical requirements of the Manufacturer and the Company’s regulations
- Regularly monitor and check the quantity, quality and status of goods
- Update data of imports, exports, inventory
- Manage facilities and equipment of warehouses, comply with the Company’s regulations on warehousing, security, fire prevention.
- Compare actual data with data on the system and make reports on export – import – inventory.
- Monitor warehouse access operations.
- Other jobs according to Manager’s request.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from college/university majoring in Accounting/Commerce
- English: Listening/Speaking/Writing: average
- 02 years of experience in the equivalent position
- Computer skills
- Independent work and teamwork skills.
- Understanding the organizational structure, ISO 9001.
- Enthusiasm, honesty, progress, commitment, ability to work under pressure.
- Candidatewho can start to work immediately is priority
