– Preparing graphic drawings with design activities from the concept design phase to the execution phase.
– Reporting and submitting products for Design director.
– Be active part of multi-ethnic team Architects for design high-end international projects.
– Communicate actively with all the involved parties during the design.
– Work with the Design Director to finalize the client design brief for approval and sign off
– Provide high quality drawings and presentation.
– Assist the Design director during the design process.
– Participate actively to meetings.
– Coordinating tasks with SCE Project international team.
– Updates professional knowledge by maintaining licensure; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
– Other tasks as assigned by CEO
Yêu cầu
-Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture, professional certificate in Architecture is a plus
- Minimum 5 year-experience in Architecture (Intermediate to Senior Architects)
- Expert in software for design: Adobe package, CAD, 3DS max, …
-Good concept design and ability to bring the concept into detail design
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Personal organizational and Time management ability, react well under pressure
- Language required: Vietnamese: Native speaker; English: Good written and spoken.
- Eagerness to work within a collaborative team environment on high profile projects
- Flexibility, diligence, reliability and responsibility are a must.
