- Take responsibility in leading project and ensuring the execution of planning strategies for Electronic Manufacturing industry.
- Plan capacity modules and schedules for production departments.
- Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
- Drives down overall cost and enhance production quality for fulfill yearly cost & quality target.
- Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications, coordinate with other departments to resolve production problem
- Oversee Key Performance Metrics of the Department.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
- Working time: : 8:00AM~5:00PM, Mon ~ Fri.
- Working place: District 9, HCMC.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
- At least 10years in the role of Materials Planning, including 6 years in a management role ata foreign manufacturing company with over 2000+ headcounts. (Must)
- Strong proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable company’s business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets.
- Strong financial and analytical ability.
- Proficiency in managing business analytics to determine optimum company footprint.
- Strong knowledge of international direct and indirect taxes as well as global customs regimes.
- Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and management continuous productivity and cost reduction programs.
- Fluent English communication and strong in leadership quality.
