– Initiate and strengthen market awareness of company brands and products at designated applications and areas.
– Build and maintain strong, trusted and resourceful relationships withmanufacturers, projects’stake holders and distributors.
– Develop new business from existing customers and new applications from existing markets.
– Manage and optimize visits and calls to develop business opportunities and to achieve target according to sales strategies and operating objectives.
– Ensure customized and successful solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
– Keep track and report on market intelligence, industry trends and competitors’ activities.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Civil), Business Administration, Economy or relevant fields.
- Decent working experience (5 to 8 years) of Sales or Technical Sales in B2B and/ or project-based business.
- Exposure to chemicals business, material for construction projects(i.e. sealant, adhesive, paint, additive, silicone, PU)
- Good communication and presentation skills in local language.
- Intermediate level in English communication.
- Responsible, pro-active, results-oriented mindset and willing to travel
