General Duties

• Assist BM to manage branch where and when branch manager requests and authorizes
• Act as BM when he is not in the office
• Assist BM to manage the daily operation
• Support BM to manage sales, customer services, operation functions under the branch and implement the requirements/ guideline for Administration, Human Resources, Quality Assurance, IT, Accounting for assigned offices/ tasks and report to corporate/ head quarter.
• Support BM to make reliable reports of all kinds
• Other accountabilities: Other works assigned by the management side

1. Operation

• Prepares a schedule of activities in the branch and allots the tasks to employees depending on their designation in the organization or department.
• Looks after the problems faced by the staff and resolves any conflicts that may hamper the functioning of the branch.
• Direct cost control with department manager.

Sales

• Make proposals for sales policies and planning based on the branch budget in respect of the duties for which he/she is responsible and upon determination by the GM shall execute the same.
• Follow up with sales team and monitor sales activities to enhance the sales force for the branch.
• Conduct sales leads to new target customers with the sales team (if necessary)

Human Resource

• Closely work with department managers to verify about employees’ workload, review KPI to set up future HR plan for branch
• Communicate with HR department regarding requirements of staff for the branch. Sometimes, participating in the recruitment process and interviews various candidates.
• Suggests training programs to each department managers for existing and new staffs to improve their efficiency
• Be in charge of evaluating employees’ performance and commenting over the Branch employees’ performance, suggesting proper welfare/allowance and propose to the management side.

Administration

• Monitor and control offices supplies for the branch
• Be responsible in monitoring transportation means for all staffs in the branch
• Give guidance to staffs by creating clear company memos, SOP….
• Company documents control lead
• Ensure company facilities are properly used and maintenance.
• Design and prepare for company events (Outing, YEP)
• Admin cost control

Others

• Conduct monthly SQI meetings with department managers to let them share ideas in improvement of operation service quality.
• Monitor and drive employees in implementation company rules/policies/systems (ISO, Internal Control)
• Ensure the branch is operating with compliance.

2. THỜI GIAN LÀM VIỆC :

• Working Place: Cau Giay Dist, Hanoi City
• Net salary : (13 months a year plus annual performance bonus)
• Insurance : 24 hours insurance, Social insurance, Health Care insurance
• Transportation: Self-arrangement
• Working time : 8:00 – 17:35 Mon-Fri (Close Sat & Sun)
• Interview : 2 rounds of interview will be conducted (1st round with BM, 2nd round with GD)
• Salary budget : Negotiable
