Responsible for creating, planning and implementing and monitoring Learning programs (Functional Skills-Leadership Skills-Others Skills) by each store operations department for business effectiveness and development needs
– Plan the implementation and facilitation of learning activities and events, learning content, material production and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets
– Implement, monitors learning Plan, Expenses, Curriculum, Material of functional Skill to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary
– Work with D&D learning manager to create, review, revise the learning content, materials, multimedia visual aids and presentations.
– Evaluated all learning activities and provide the report & feedback
– Work closely with D&D learning manager and team operations
– In loop and update the business information, SOP-WI especially store operations side at all time
Yêu cầu
Bachelor Degree
At least 5 years in Modern Trade & more 5 years in management role
Fluent in English
