- Pay attention
Working location will be assigned depending on candidate location => Business trip by bus/airplane to factory in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand every week - Company office is in Dist 1, HCMC
– Overlook POs and control the whole procedure of Garment production
– Delivery Control through setting Deadline in system, controlling material schedule, planning production lines and production progress
– Quality Control from Sample Stage to Bulk Shipment Stage
– Quality Control through Factory visiting and checking, garment inspection and negotiate with partners complying Company manuals/ standard
– Understand and analysis factory In-house Data for QCD control
– Follow shipments from factories to Sales countries through internal system
– Regularly lead meetings with suppliers/ partners for business discussion
– Supervise & coach team members to achieve Company policy & target.
– Handling group of business partners (over 10 partners generally), regularly visiting & attending meetings with suppliers/ partners for business discussion
– Report to Director, Overseas Production Officers

Yêu cầu
- 8 years experience as Production management or QC in the Garment industry
- English: Upper-Intermediate level
- Can work any location flexibly (will be discussed more detail in the interview)
- Can travel for business by car/airplane to factory in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand every week
- Have experience in the field of Apparel, Textile, Garment
- Can speak Japanese or Chinese
