– Acting as the contact point between the Chairman and partners, customers, suppliers and internal employees.
– Screening phone calls, inquiries and handle as appropriate
– Greeting and welcoming partners and customers visiting Chairman’s office, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers of the corporation.
– Managing diaries, minutes and organising meetings and appointments.
– Establishing, implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems such as the process of conducting records to shorten time and improve efficiency of meetings.
– Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation (breakfast, lunch, brunch, snack) for the Chairman.
– Supporting to organise events and conferences.
– Providing sophisticated calendar management for CEO by reminding the important tasks and deadlines to be completed.
– Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence to the Chairman
– Collating, filing and making payment to expenses assigned by Chairman.
– Translating documents, interpreting for the Chairman in meetings when required.
– Conducting basic research, analysis, and report on the areas assigned by the Chairman: administration, legislation, media, business, …
– Supporting the Chairman with other miscellaneous tasks: making reservation, external relation, customer care, and the Chairman’s family and personal affairs.
– Being in charge of logistics arrangement inside the Chairman’s office.
Yêu cầu
- Qualification: University graduate or above
- Fluency in English;
- Good-looking appearance, height over 1m60;
- Age: Not more than 28 years old
- Honest, hard-working, sophisticated and have a high sense of responsibility.
- Able to work under pressure and work overtime.
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, senior executives, staff, business partners.
- Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.
- Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
