Our client is seeking for a talented professional with at least 6 years of experiences in test engineering profession in electronics industry for Test Engineering Lead role.
Job Summary:
The Test Engineering Lead will provide optimum test solutions and strategies through the effective management of systems, procedures and equipment. He/she also drives innovation and continuous improvement within Test Engineering; as well as provides exceptional support to team members.
Job Responsibilities:
· Devise the testing methodology to perform desired tests as suitable to the product’s designs and features. Apply the theories and principles in electronics during product testing to ensure accurate results.
· Drive the development of specialized test equipment and software.
· Analyze the product and suggest modifications in product design or functionality as per the test results. Judge the feasibility of the product by analyzing the requisites, cost, capacity and customer requirements.
· Assure that procedures and work instructions are efficient and not redundant.
· Coordinate with the engineers and project leads to determine the current and future potential of the project
· Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management. Offer new ideas and suggestions for improvement. Identify and implement new practices and processes that are “best in field.”
· Exchange knowledge and information with other sites to ensure best practices are shared throughout the group.
