1. Tele Sales Role:
• Contact existing customers to consult insurance plan. Identify customer’ demands and introduce them the suitable car insurance products. Provide superior customer’s satisfaction from Proposal form to Insurance contract.
• Built and maintain strong relationship with Insurance Company (Partners) to execute Sales activities and achieve Sales target.
• Ensure the thorough completion and collection of application, quotation, supporting documents for insurance contract issuance.
• Built and maintain the good relationship with partners, the insurance company management. Report/follow up with partners.
2. Call Center Role:
• Receive and resolve customer’s inquiries or complaints via Phone, Email, Chat, Website. Co-ordinate with internal Depts. to solve complex issues (is needed).
• Promptly and accurately complete all related administration activities: update customer’s information, car insurance, report, and record… in accordance with relevant service standards.
• Follow the market trends and continuously refurbish knowledge on products and services.
• Provide transparent and regular reporting on success and failures status, as well as promotion report.
• Involve in company’s Project.
• To undertake other tasks as and when assigned by Head of Dept/AM.

Requirements:
+ University Degree
+ Preferred qualification in economics, finance, insurance;
+ Preferred experience in insurance service, tele-sales;
+ Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and self-starter
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
+ Good at building rapports with customers, enjoying networking and meeting new people;
+ Good at English skill.
