- Manage the end-to-end recruitment across junior to mid-level of hires for IT Department
- Liaise with the Hiring Manager to understand the brief of the role
- Write and post advertisements
- Actively source and approach passive individuals
- Organize and conduct interviews across various platforms – in person, over the phone, WebEx/video conference
- Prepare and present offer to the chosen candidate and on boarding
- Build and manage talent pipelines through various channels
- Maintain knowledge and keep up to date on industry trends
Yêu cầu
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- A passion for what you do and desire to learn and grow
- Minimum 2 years' experience in either internal or agency recruitment position in technology segment
- Fluently in English
- Willingness to work in a high-volume recruitment in multi-divisional organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to build relationships with various stakeholders at different levels across the organization
- Can do attitude
