JOB PURPOSE

• Manage project/ program to achieve proposed goals and results while meeting consistency, transparency, efficiency and compliance with measurement and evaluation indicators of the whole project’s performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and implement the design, development and delivery of approved projects / programs, including: analyzing project requirements, planning product development; controlling, monitoring project progress, ensuring the project is completed on schedule, guiding compliance with the process and regulations during project implementation.
• Lead project members from both internal and/ or external various departments to effectively complete projects / programs;
• Integrate activities through identifying and managing interdependencies to ensure projects are well aligned;
• Identify, manage, and control financial and operational risks and issues that affect the project / program under management;
• Conduct project reporting, ensure that the change management and control processes comply with the project management standards and procedures of GalaxyOne Project Management Office.
• Assure project quality.
