We are hiring 01 technical executive is responsible for related Customer service tasks to deliver professional supports in timely manner for our sales team, this position will report to Technical manager.
Working location: 8th Floor, TNR Tower, 54A Nguyen Chi Thanh, Dong Da Dist., Hanoi
Job responsibilities:
The primary objective is to support Architect and Project Sales team to achieve sales results.
1. Technical Enquiry Co-ordination – This will involve supporting in developing project detailed blue-prints from initial information provided by Architect and Project Sales team members.
2. Read the drawings from customers to prepare Bill of Quantity (BOQ), quotation template for project customers
3. Prepare CAD drawings
4. Prepare mock-up, samples for Architect & Project Sales team and hand to customers if required. Coordinate with MKT to make sure sample, mock-up available to give customers
5. Customer Services – This will include working closely with the Architect and Project Sales team members to guarantee customer satisfaction, sending correspondence, following customer meetings when Project Sales Sup, Managers are not available
6. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
