Mô tả
- Follow up the order fulfillment / forecast analysis / OTD / RMA of specified regions.
- Daily input order, monitor order status and communicate with customer on orders / shipments.
- Lead CRF (contract review) meeting with PMC / Eng upon new PO receipt.
- Timely acknowledge and commit new POs. Lead order change review meeting to best meet customer requirement with least impacts.
- Make call schedule for certain materials and follow up closely with logistics / Procurement / suppliers for delivery. Timely report material status to PC.
- Collect E&O and monthly review with customer for disposal.
- Involved in NPI to provide forecast / demand info and escalate any risk for schedule slip.
- Involved in ECN to highlight / communicate with customers for impacts to POs / impacts / E&O
- Weekly update order / shipment status to customer
- Contact window for 3rd party inspection to make arrangement
- Prepare reports as required and organize / attend meetings related
Yêu cầu
- University degree
- At least3 year experience in OPD / customer service area
- Good level written and spoken English. Good speaking & reading in Chinese is preferred.
- Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively
