The holder of this position will report:
– Functionally to the Country Manager or Cluster Head.
Close communication and collaboration to customer, suppliers (warehouse/customs brokers/transporters) and vendors. Internal communication with Operations, COE, FBV, Finance/Accounts and Procurement.
The position holder is responsible for the following activities:
– Ensure smooth shipment arrangements with suppliers (forwarder, customs broker, transporter, warehouse etc.) and vendors.
– Provide excellent service quality to customer.
– Prepare reports for internal stakeholders and customer.
Centralized Role in Vietnam.
– Scrapping management for Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam.
– IOT tracking monitoring for Asia Pacific.
– Greenbelt Project Asean coordinator.
Yêu cầu
Education:
-Diploma/Degree, preferably in supply chain or logistics. Relevant certification may be considered.
Work experience:
-Minimum 2 years work experiencein logistics or supply chain functions.
Communication:
-Good speaking and writing skills in English and local language.
-Good communication skills with suppliers and customers.
People Management:
-Able to manage stakeholders such as suppliers.
Essential skills and abilitites
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
-Strong Analytical Skills.
-Good Problem-Solving Skills.
-Fast Learner.
-Proactive attitude.
