– Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
– Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
– Determine key supply chain KPIs
– Suggest solutions for process improvements
– Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
– Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors
– Work on demand forecast on monthly basic basing on data analysis (historical sales, marketing
activations..)
– Work on New Product Accessment (NPA), including checking product costings, applicable margins.. – Prepare replenishment plan basing on validated forecast and propose to BOD for approval
– Carry out good purchase with foreign suppliers following approved Rep Plan
– Closely follow up shipping schedule to ensure supply plans are dully executed
– Inventory management :
+ Check stock aging and give alert to Sales team/ BOD, propose promotion discount based on COGS and stock policy to fast deplete short-shelf life stock
+ Check stock days/ stock ration and give alert for Out Of Stock risks
+ Check stock movements following forecast
– Check and validate “stock write-off”
– Check payments requests for foreign supplier
-Check custom documents.
– Build and maintain good relationships with vendors
