We are looking for a talented and professional Supply Chain Manager to join our team as we are rapidly expanding on both the operational and commercial side of our organization.
What you will do
- Collaborate with other departments and offices across all regions to identify and maintain resources needed to maintain an effective supply chain.
- Be the go-to person for inter-department collaboration.
- Maintain and continuously look for ways to improve inventory systems and relevant procedures; suggest improvements to increase efficiency of the supply chain and profitability of the company.
- Develop and maintain procedures to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain; implement subsequent changes to processes and workflows.
- Identify optimal shipment and transportation routes together with our various production countries.
- Formulate recommendations to ensure efficient loading, unloading, movement, and storage of materials.
- Ensure that supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards in all regions of operations.
- Understanding principles of accounting and finance.
- Manage, develop, and motivate a team of supply chain staff in a multicultural and highly international setting.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

What we expect from you
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
- Strong planning skills and project management expertise.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- Strategic planning and thinking, systems analysis and evaluation.
- Relationship management skills and active listening.
- In-depth knowledge of various IT systems to be used on the job.
- In-depth understanding of risk management within the supply chain of the company.
- Five years of experience as a supervisor, manager, or similar relevant position required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- First-rate organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with internal departments, vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of logistics.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
