International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a global leading manufacturer. Our client is seeking for a talented professional with at least 2 years of experiences in supplier quality engineering for SQE position.
Job Summary:
The Supplier Quality Engineer will collaborate with customers and suppliers to drive overall performance in term of delivery, quality, inventory and so on.
Job Responsibilities:
· Be responsible for sourcing and developing new suppliers in Vietnam and other countries
· Evaluate & improve supplier performance: on time delivery, quality, inventory, cost, lead time, …
· Work closely with Logistics Team to ensure smooth and on time delivery
· Liaise with overseas customers, maintain regular communication and follow up projects for on-schedule completion.
· Implement corrective action to improve suppliers’ performance
· Apply lean tools to drive performance improvement in supply base and department
· Other tasks assigned by Regional Manager (Hiring Manager)
Yêu cầu
· Bachelor’s degree from Technical related background
· At least 5-10 years experiences in Supplier Quality Engineer in Automotive, Electronics, Mechanical or Tools
· Willing to travel nationwide and to other countries when required.
· Good communication of English, Mandarin speaking is a plus
· Other skills: negotiation, analytical, problem solving skills
