Our client is a foreign invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Special Process Engineer in Ha Noi:

Analyze drawing and specification from Customer.
Create Technical documentation and work instruction for production floor.
Responsibility to take care the product during development stage.
Team work with other team to make sure all resource for incharged process match with plan.
Training for new operators about incharged process.
Conduct the annual Nadcap audit successfully for incharged process
Team work to solve problem happened during production and advise on corrective actions.
Evaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing systems.
Other duties assigned by manager.

Graduated from University, major in mechanical/chemical,…
At least 2 years of work experience related to Surface treatment / Surface enhancement process (Blasting sand grains or aluminum oxide to clean the surface, creating roughness before painting/ coating)
Have experience in Shot peen process
Able to communicate in English
Can use Catia software (Prioritize)
