Our client – The worldwide leader contact center in outsourced omnichannel customer experience and client relationship management company
Accountabilities, Responsibilities, Deliverables
· Construct compelling, high quality, winning solution documents, tailored to each opportunity together with the Business Development team
· Analyse, guide, and ensure accurate documentation of the Business Requirement for all areas and departments
· Support collation of data to enable compilation of a fully costed, appropriately reviewed and authorised solution
· Ensure the Business Development team is kept aware of risks and issues
· Develop and maintain positive relationships across all internal departments
· Maintain communication across all business areas (internal and external) and ensure acceptance of new client solutions
· Understand the company’s products, working closely with the functional business delivery areas
· Effectively support management of resources required through the process of solution design via a matrix management structure
· Manage each opportunity according to an agreed plan ensuring that the relevant deadlines are achieved and that any changes are clearly communicated and appropriately managed to avoid slippage
· Ensure appropriate stakeholders, dependencies and timescales are identified, agreed, and signed-off
· Collate, create, store and share information about our clients, products and service capabilities so that knowledge is built, information re-used, productivity is improved, consistency of message to clients is achieved and our brand is enhanced
Yêu cầu
· Demonstrates an understanding of customer experience management outsourcing across ‘the customer journey’
· Creation of concise and professional written output specific to each client opportunity
· Ability to work as a team member
· Working Proactively in a team environment and taking the lead on opportunities at the appropriate times
· Supporting internal stakeholders to deliver output in accordance with deadlines
· Solving and owning Problems – strong analytical and written skills
· Advanced Microsoft Office, project management and change management skills
· Strong power-point/keynotes skill is a plus
· Confidence & Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal); advanced command of the English language and Chinese
· Project Management, Planning, Reviewing and Proof-reading
·Capability of goodEnglish and Chinese
