We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer who can work independently with no help from the internal teams and has worked on projects using Scrum/Agile methodologies.
As a Data & AI DevOps Software Engineer, you will be involved from conception to completion with Data and AI projects that are technologically sound and practically scalable. You should be comfortable with backend technologies, open-source technologies, and cloud services. You should also be an excellent team player and communicator.
A successful candidate should have deep knowledge of DevOps, big data & AI technologies, and have the ability to work with various stakeholders to drive and implement data & AI solutions. You should have a passion for data and AI technologies, be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with data scientists and data analysts to architect, build and operationalize highly scalable cloud data & AI solutions using AWS, GCP and related technologies
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data & AI delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
Yêu cầu
- Must have: 3+ years in DevOps role in a technology company
- Must have: some experiences with operationalizing AI & Data solutions at scale on the cloud
- Good to have: proficiency working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sets
- Good to have: fluency in SQL, Python
- Understanding of best practices regarding system security measures.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

- Participate in technical reviews and provide detailed feedback for process improvement
- Effective communication skills with an ability to explain technical concepts to developers, product managers, and business partners

- Other Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree; Computer Science, Information Technology or Mathematics are preferred majors.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years working in information technology
- 2+ years working in a data engineer or DevOps role
