Lead content & social media strategy in order to help the organization achieve its business objectives.
Manage all own social media platforms and blog portal to garner a strong and engaging online presence in the market.
Develop a social calendar and create weekly reports to capture key insights, popular topics, sentiment, new trends,growth metrics and translate those findings into actionable items.
Work with cross-functional teams to run tactical campaigns on social media.
Be responsible for copy creation across campaign touchpoints.
Build and manage communities on organic social media to amplify engagement and reach.
Identify opportunities to collaborate and maintain strong relationship with KOLs, influencers, third party forums, etc.
Liaise with design, brand, product marketing, & performance to deliver exceptional creative quality from ideation to publication.
Lead, coordinate, and inspire junior content and social media executives.
Manage budget within the allocated amount.
Fulfill other tasks assigned by the line manager.

4+ years' experience in content creation and social media management.
Deep understanding of social media landscape and all prevalent social media platforms.
Proven track record of growing online communities, increasing engagements and users.
Excellent at copywriting and creative ideas with the ability to articulate thoughts well.
Experienced in both short and long form content (blog). Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus.
Able to strategize, plan, and organize complex integrated channel plans.
Comfortable and open to work with numbers.
A multi-taskers who can work under pressure and fast paced environments.
Digital savvy, highly passionate and active on social media, and also extremely curious about new trends and platforms.
An independent contributor who is also very good at collaborating and supporting others when needed.
