(2) Facility management

-SC management (security, cleaning service, equipment maintenance)

-Communicate with management agents

-SC maintenance and renewal

-Interior supervision

■Age：24-30

・Sex：Both male and female

・[Jpanese:N1] or [English: Fluently Japanese:N2]

・Education background: University graduate

・More than 1 year working experience

・Basic MS office skill (especially Excel)

■Good to have criteria：

・English

・Working experience of real estate or SC industry

・Have the skill of Finance Accounting and Analytical Capacity

・Have the knowledge of Legal, Accounts and Tax
