JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage Modality Service Group nationwide.
This position will be under the Modality Manager in both South and North.
Provide the best service solution and create customer trust to realize the future sales with the sales team.
Product: Modality (DR Panel, X-Ray system, Mammography, Portable Ultrasound, X-Ray film, Film Imager, CR), IVD Product. Plan to launch CT/MRI in the future.

1) Service Management

Lead South and North service team to provide the best service.
Control installation plan nationwide and assign team and distributors.
Control preventive maintenance plans nationwide and assign a team.
Control troubleshooting nationwide and assign a team to solve the issue and follow up until the end.
Depending on the situation, this position requires deep involvement to solve the issue.
In charge of corresponding with the regional/headquarter service team.
Control spare-parts stock level in both company and distributors.
Provide necessary training to distributors to catch up with the latest technical knowledge.
Analyze stuffs related to service and take necessary action to improve/enforce.

2) Develop Annual service contract business

Cooperate with the sales team to develop the annual service contract with hospitals.
Create business and territory plans including, but not limited to opportunity development and competitive strategies.
Develops direct relationships with Radiology/Equipment dept and decision makers to create sales.
Get new tender opportunities and cooperate with distributors.
Control each project by ourselves and assign appropriate distributors to close deals.
Create and maintain opportunities in the sales funnel and report to GM.

3) Marketing:

Create user demand for company’s products by organizing continuous workshops/conferences.
Prospect for new business in territory through market analysis and active marketing programs.
Represent Societies and MOH to promote products and companies.

4) Service:

Connect with the sales team to make a demo plan, installation and preventive maintenance schedule.
Develop Annual service contract business.

University degree in engineer, biotechnology or medical is similar field preferred
+10 experience-years in X-ray field: X-ray generator, DR, CR, imager, CT, MRI, Ultrasound field in a similar role or relevant experience.
Have experience and knowledge of medical high-end equipment.
Ability to lead both North and South service team with high motivation
Respects internal values and working atmosphere of commitment, team work, openness to new ideas and strong motivation;
Strong ownership to drive the business, think creatively to find customer solutions. Result oriented mindset;
Strong communication skills, good at written and verbal both in Vietnamese and English.
Effective interpersonal skills with ability to resolve conflicts, provide support and motivation.
