● Actively listening conversations / discussion on online Social Groups / KOL channels
● Monitoring, tracking and reporting social listening relevant tasks
● Proactively find out users’ insight, monitor community performance to evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing campaigns. Maintaining detailed reports by weekly/monthly/campaign
● Work with the other team for Ad-hoc requests.
● Work closely with a diverse team of marketers, BI, Data analyst and business developers in a fast-paced environment to execute relevant tasks.
● Do other assigned tasks by Team Leader/Manager/Director.
Yêu cầu
● Have at least 2 year experience in developing Social Media platforms /social listening provider/ performance marketing
● Strong work ethic, multitasking, performance-driven and commit the deadlines
● Critical thinking, open-minded, willing to learn, diligent, responsible, hard working; team work.
● Good at using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
● Good at analysing / processing / reading data.
● Good written and verbal communication skills in English are preferred
● Experience working with a mobile app product and/or digital marketing channels is a plus
