· Serves as a primary point of contact with partner agencies, community organizations, political officials and funders in existing and new renewable energy projects.

· Helps coordinate the development of affordable investors in one or more geographic areas, primarily in Vietnam, and collaborates with partner agencies and/or independently identifies potential sites and conduct due diligence around sites.

· Prepares project feasibility analysis and makes recommendations to the senior leadership team for advancing projects.

· Assists in negotiating pricing and other terms for the acquisition of land/ projects M&A.

· Evaluates and helps secure zoning and other local government entitlements required for development.

· Prepares and maintains project underwriting, including: predevelopment budget, development budget, construction cost, operating budget, 20-year cash flow and project timeline.

· Coordinates review and input from partner agencies and internal constituents such as Headquarter/ Investors/ Critical Partners and Finance teams at appropriate milestones and appropriately influences the development process.

· Collaborates with project lead and communications team to create marketing for renewable energy projects development to multiple funding sources for pre-development, construction and permanent financing including preparing applications, evaluating funding proposals and negotiating terms and conditions.

· Participates in the design team with project lead, architect, general contractor, and other key stakeholders to develop design criteria. Reviews architectural drawings, specifications and construction cost items.

· Review and provide recommendations to project lead for the negotiation of terms and conditions for various development-related agreements with project attorneys, including but not limited to architect and general contractor contracts, other contractor/consultant contracts, funder loan documents, etc.

· Researches best model renewable energy development practices and makes recommendations to senior leadership team on incorporation of the same.

· Actively participates in conferences, workshops and trainings geared toward improving the employee’s and organization’s effectiveness and quality of work.

· Travels to project sites, which may necessitate overnight stays outside of Vietnam
