Description
- In charge of all mass production and prototype production process at the production site.
- Lead Sub contractor team and local team on site.
- Leading implementation of new technology, engineering change at the production site with cooperation with different departments.
- Follow up and leadership of site production improvements in cooperation with quality department.
- Follow up and lead engineering improvements in cooperation with site and process engineering.
Yêu cầu
- Degree in Egineering.
- 7-10 Years of experience in multidisciplinary company with 1000 workers size and above
- Experience in engineering process and Mass production for electronics, mechanical, EMS, semiconductors
- Experience in Agile, SAP, ERPis a plus
- Fluent English
