Due to the need to expand production scale, focus on new sourcing and find local suppliers to export to companies in the ARISTON group, we need a person:
1. Drive the sourcing strategy and lead the Sourcing Process for Direct material as well as indirect materials, services and CAPEX of Ariston Thermo Vietnam;
2. Responsible for achieving costs targets while meeting other objectives (e.g. Quality, Delivery and services etc) and business needs;
3. Identify cost reduction opportunities and develop cost reduction plans
4. Manage supplier relationship & manage local contracts negotiation for specific suppliers
5. Collect supplier performance reports and analyse suppliers cost, quality and delivery performances
6. Identify operational / financial risks and develop mitigation plans
7. Execute cost reduction projects
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor degree, have experience working in Foreign investment company
2. Have experience & knowledge about finanical, technical
3. Have experience working with both local and oversea business
4. 5 years + working experiences in Procurement, Sourcing and Supply Chain management
5. Familiar with Electrical & Electronic & Plastic & steel & carton … component
6. Familiar with SAP system, good presentation skills like .ppt, excel, words…
7. Good at English
