Our client – The worldwide leader contact center in outsourced omnichannel customer experience and client relationship management company
· Works closely with Operations, Support, and Business Development leadership team in order to manage, solution, and propose responses to client generated RFPs from a financial perspective across multiple lines of business and geographies.
· Facilitate project pricing, financial contract administration, postmortem review and process improvement functions.
· Create and improve processes and principles that allows Client Services/Ops to have more time to focus on delivery of operations, client satisfaction and financial results.
· Provide support that will allow for all strategic client related initiatives to be more accurate and timely to allow for informative and strategic decisions to be made based on findings.
· Provide and review pricing across all segments to ensure that pricing is timely, accurate and complete and meets the needs of the external customer.
· Oversee the consolidation of all data relevant from divisions and support groups.
· Work globally and cross-functionally to confirm operational viability of proposals.
· Evaluates and supports the development of regional key account programs, new customer proposals and completion of RFPs.
· Supports development and execution of division strategies and initiatives.
· Ensures standardization and compliance to defined processes and policies.
· Support various requests for ad hoc analysis.
· Support client negotiations and contract review from a financial perspective.
· Deliver pricing recommendations that follow a logically reasoned, data-driven approach, supported by appropriate market research and competitive analysis.
Yêu cầu
· Must be bilingual (Mandarin and English)
· 2+ years of experience in the BPO industry or in the Finance or Mathematics discipline.
· Bachelor’s degree in business or a quantitative/technical discipline is required.
· Strong attention to detail, superior analytical and problem-solving capability.
· Previous experience in finance, pricing, operations, or workforce management work with a BPO company is a must.
· Experienced contract reviews from a financial perspective preferred.
· Ability to think strategically and contribute to development of business vision and priorities.
· Experienced professional with an extensive background with Excel modeling, financial analysis experience, including financial modeling, pricing modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
· Must be comfortable with the use of technology to solve business problems, including a very strong understanding of MS Excel tables, VBA, and formulas and the use of web-based systems.
· Must have the ability to work flexibly to meet deadlines for special projects.
· Proficient in MS Word, Visio, Access, and PowerPoint.
· Experienced with Microsoft Power BI or DOMO reporting tools would be a plus, but not required.
