1. Merchant integration:

• New merchant: implement integration process with merchants.
• Support BD Team or direct negotiations with merchants on integration terms: how to integrate, operate, and make payments.
• Guide merchants do online registration and submit documents on system.
• Verify merchant’s information and proceed contract after finish the deal.
• Set up store on merchant tool: create store, menu, payment method, …
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Technical, Business Development to handle the connection, test the payment flow, handle arising issues and push implementation progress according to the requirements of each project.
• Testing (user side & merchant side) and training for merchants before release.
• Conduct acceptance with the relating teams after completing the connection process.
• Existing merchant: manage and follow-up merchant’s requests/ issues.
• Follow-up problems/ bugs which are recorded by the CS team.
• Change/ update and check information/ conditions on the tool (Ex: update menu/ banner, change store’s info, adding promotion, check promotion conditions…).
• Termination contract/ deactivate merchant while they off.
• Support reconciliation (if necessary).

2. Merchant management and expansion:

• Support to collect/ verify and fulfill merchant profile (current and new).
• Approach new/ potential merchant (telesales).
• Create and manage communication channel with merchants.
• Inform the changes about system/ policy/ contract… to merchants.
