TPS Software is looking for IT Recruiter to be a part of our team with the below responsibilities:

Perform full life-cycle recruiting from prepare JD, post job to conduct interview;
Attract and build talent pool;
Build up good relationships with universities to support recruiting activities;
Take responsibilities for company employer branding for all channels, internal & external events;
Update recruitment trends, channel, techniques to advise to recruitment team and propose an improve for the hiring process;

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

Minimum of 3 year experiences in Technical recruiter role;
Strong and proven networking ability, continuously generating and driving talented pipeline of candidates through a variety of channels;
Expertise in and smart command of various recruitment channels, social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others) for recruitment targets;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Good command of English, computer skills;
