Report to: IT Manager
Working time: 8:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday and 8:00 – 12:00 Saturday
Location: 7th Flr, Leadvisors Tower, 643 Pham Van Dong Str, Bac Tu Liem Dist, Hanoi
Key responsibilities:
• Understanding well all integration points of system such as CRM, Call Center, Distribution Management System (DMS), Warranty Management System (WMS).
• Conduct analysis of business and user needs in order to understand requirements. Lead and conduct interviewing tasks with business users.
• Convert the requirements/needs into technical models/terms/document that can be used by SW Development/System and DBA/Architect team to implement on systems/applications.
• Working closely with development team and third-parties to design, validate, and manage the implementation of the solutions to requirements.
• Maintain the updates of the documents developed during the requirement collection, analysis, system/application design.
• Undertake other tasks assigned by Manager
Yêu cầu
• Good at project management
• At least 2 years of experiences in BA role
• Understanding of ERP, DMS, CRM system
• Web service based integration understanding
• Good integration experience in various platforms like Web and mobile applications
• Ability to learn and work in new technologies.
• Working under pressure and self-motivated
• Good communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users
