1. Strategic Management Tasks (15%)

• Responsible for leading inventory management strategy to maximize customer experience,
  sales as well as end – to – end business ownership of all supply chain processes from
  Suppliers to customers

2. Key / Functional & Admin Activities (70%)

• Play a critical role in delivering the optimal customer experience by ensuring we have the
  right product quantities, in the right places, at the right time
• Continuously optimize our end-to-end supply chain by engaging with Suppliers/Brands to
  improve operational metrics, and driving system and process automation with key internal
  teams
• Fully supportive to handover to other function to make sure smooth transition

3. Team Management & Development (15%)

• Consistently understand component of in-stock management process
• Effective communicate and influence to senior leaders
• Models collaboration with team members, willing to take extra responsibilities
