– Co-manage & execute daily tasks on MoMo’s communications channels including: Push Notifications, Banner in App and Email
– Coordinate with internal and external to proceed comms based on all channels mentioned above
– Proactively raise suggestions/concerns to improve current channels based on daily working experience or past experience
– Other tasks assigned by line-manager
Yêu cầu
1. Experience:
- Over 1 years of experience in large scale of operate marketing campaigns within the high tech, fintech, e-commerce industry
2. Essential skills:
- Experience working with execution on system related to set up, follow status & proactively raise to have the issue fixed as soon as possible
- Ability to discuss & align with PIC team to support comms in the best way
- Be extremely careful and detail-oriented in execution
- Basic understanding of marketing channel metrics
- Can work under pressure & quickly adapt when new things come
