Position 01: Reinsurance and market Coordination Section
KEY OUTPUTS:
• Work with Marketing Divisions on underwriting new and renewal businesses according to risk assessment, underwriting authority limit and treaty terms and conditions, including global fronting agreement, trade credit insurance and reinsurance inward business.
• Monitor/ control acceptance of risks to ensure that Underwriting guideline and treaties limit continue to be complied;
• Assist managers in Underwriting Division in
o following up reinsurance placement and reinsurance payment/claim settlement with facultative reinsurers
o Agent management and agent guideline monitoring
o Synergy activities with MS-synergy partner
• Develop, maintain Underwriting statistics and prepare reinsurance reports.
• Other underwriting/reinsurance work as assigned by Company
RELATIONSHIPS:
• MSIG VN’s staff (Reinsurance, Business Processing, Marketing, Accounting) and other industry peers.
• Reinsurance market is preferable.

Position 02: New product development, Health and Bancassurance Section
KEY OUTPUTS:
• Work closely with Marketing Divisions to understand the problems, needs to be solved and define product requirements to meet customer needs and in line with Company’s underwriting strategy.
• Work with other related Divisions to provide support in product development project to meet targets and timeline.
• Manage and maintain underwriting manual and daily control in respect of assigned classes of businesses.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of business cases, competitive analysis, launch plans, pricing and other product development guidelines.
• Maintain good market network to collect updated information about product trends, competitors and local market.
• Work closely with other underwriting colleagues and internal stakeholders to ensure prudent review and control of product underwriting performance result.
• Prepare adequate product documents for submission/reporting to authority (if any).
• Assist with product presentations and training.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Other stakeholders (Partners, Authorities, …).
• Insurtech & Fintech companies.
