Company Profile: International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an international real estate development company. Our client is seeking Senior Executive Asset Management. There are 2 vacancies for this job based in Binh Duong and Hanoi.
Job Summary: Senior Executive Asset Management is in charge of managing warehouse properties.
Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the marketing, leasing and asset management activities of the logistics properties.
· Coordinate with property management teams to keep track of the leases, compiling occupancy and rental reports as well as other documents related to the tenants and assets.
· Ensure that the assets and procedures comply to the local regulations, standard operating procedure and Delegation of Authority.
· Monitor budget of assets under your responsibility.
Yêu cầu
• Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business (Marketing) or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in marketing, leasing and/or asset management.
• Knowledge/experience of portfolio management, investment & asset management and/or financial analysis would be an advantage.
•English is a must.
•Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
•Candidates who are team-players and results driven will be preferred.
