Develop credit policy and credit risk policy, credit risk limit
Involving in building new product: credit policy, rule and credit risk ascessment
Implementation “centralized approving model“: develop the policy, limit at different approval level
Develop & formulate policy for managing problem credit
Develop credit process to achieve automation of individual loan products
Formulate exception management policy with clear roles and responsibilities and process to manage exceptions
Develop policy for managing group of connected obligors, managing related parties
Streamline credit risk reports
Proactively develop action plans to improve or exit problem loan situations.

Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration, Banking, Economic
At least 1 year experience in credit risk fields in financial institution.
Strong time management, organizational and planning skills; Able to multi-task, track deadlines and follow-up effectively.
Ability to think strategically and having analytics skills
Knowledge of general risk management and controls in banking operations
Familiarity with NBC regulatory requirements on Risk management preferred
Proficiency in English, Vietnamese both written and spoken
CFA, FRM is a plus
