– Lead content creation and management of the blog corner in our websites to garner a strong and engaging presence on SERPs.
– Develop content strategy and identify opportunities of engagement with the target audience to value add the user experience.
– Create content that’s engaging, relevant and connects with target audience and could be deployed on social media
– Manage agencies / freelancers for content creation by giving directions, supervising schedules, proofreading and reviewing.
– Gather and analyze market trends and customer behavior.
– Regular KPI report review and content performance analysis.
– Support the Social Media & Content Manager in managing and creating content of other channels such as Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn in addition to blog.
– Brainstorm marketing ideas and create initiatives to increase sessions and revenue on social media.
– Perform other duties assigned from the Social Media & Content Manager
Yêu cầu
- >3 years of experience in content field with a minimum of 2 years writing blog articles or website content
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword tools is a must
- Prior experience with Digital Marketing and handling social media is an advantage

- Attention to Detail - Take the time to double check your work and never gloss over the little things. Love producing work that is of top quality.
- Good business sense, quick in understanding / dealing with complex business situations and provide recommendations if not take decisions that are likely to lead to good outcomes.
- Ability to prioritize workload in line with targets and opportunities.
- Multitasking, self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects and other responsibilities and at the same time able to clearly prioritize / effectively delegate tasks. Able to perform under pressure and ambiguity.
