JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop the sales and marketing of MrSpeedy’s products to the market.
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential client
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Provide competitive insight to the sales and marketing teams
- Responsible for maintaining and cultivating customer relationships with emphasis on key decision makers
- Develop and maintain an active opportunity pipeline for all accounts
- Meeting, presenting and delivering information to potential clients
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Closing sales and working with client through closing process for all sizes of potential clients
Yêu cầu
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, eCommerce, business administration or all other related fields
- Minimum 2-year experience in industrial market with multinational firm at the same level
- Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
- Highly self-motivated, self-directed, persuasive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
- Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Strong personal resilience, highly motivated and a team player with a strong personal drive
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
- Can work under pressure
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and and CRM/Pipedrive experience preferred
- Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
