The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring the requirements are fully understood and specified in a manner that will enable full understanding from the development team. Lead, coordinate and establish requirements definition and use-case modeling by outlining the system’s functionality and delimiting the system; for example, establishing what actors and use cases exist, and how they interact, including:
● Gather business and system requirements
● Assist Product Owner in defining requirements and suggest ideas
● Create SRS (System Requirement Spec), Feature List (if needed), UC list and UC detail, GBR (General Business Rules) and wire frame for complex UCs (if needed)
● Work with UI for UI design and screen mock up
● Reviewing and providing the appropriate feedback on the final implementation of the user interface
● Assist PO on project scope, estimation and planning
● Assist PO on requirement sign off process
● Assist PO in managing project change requests
● Work with QC to verify that all requirements of the system are fulfilled by the implementation in the traceability manner among requirements, CR and implementation
● Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with client
● Review materials (SRS, UC, etc.) from other BA – Conduct BA new hired training.
