Objectives:

To prepare detailed uniform report templates and dashboards across all the sales channels in the business center and be responsible for reviewing for these documents, ensure that reports are in a clear, logical, and comprehensive manner. To provide advanced data analysis on the data generated across all sales channels.

Key responsiblities:

• Governance of data and build up data model with relevant documentation across all sales Channels under the Bancassurance Business Center
• Attain cross functional training for preparation of reports / data insights across functions within the Bancassurance Business Center (Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Business Development, etc.)
• Define complex technical design/requirements for management reporting
• Be responsible for implementing the reporting requirements from Banca Head according to the detailed specifications for BI Reports and dashboards
• Provide data insights, modelling and reports for business units as required in an accurate and timely manner.
• Create complete documentation of BI specs and unit testing results and provide assistance in the conduct of the UAT activities in the event that business has requested BICC team for automated reports / dashboards etc
• Designing Data stages Sequences (a set of Data stage jobs in order) for expected data flows across source systems DB to EDW Cloud
• Undertake other tasks assigned by Unit Head
