We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill up the following position of Senior Architecture Manager/ Deputy Director – Architecture

AIM OF THE JOB

To deliver high quality design development and to control the architectural, ID and Landscape detailing for all the projects and ensure the complete cycle of project management from feasibility study stage until unit handover are on time and within budget

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Enable to interpret the masterplan (MP) design requirements, planning parameters and advising design proposal maximizing design efficiency

Plan and develop development program from Concept till completion

Familiar with all the necessary authorities’ requirements, submissions, and approval process from initial MP stage until construction permit (CP) including all the necessary testing and commissioning in obtaining the Occupancy Permit.

Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.

Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of a proposed project, including constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget.

Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists. To work closely with other various stakeholders including but not limited to operation, marketing, and maintenance teams.

Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments.

Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts.

Determining the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project.

Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any related problems that may arise during construction.

Making sure the project is running according to schedule and budget.

Playing a part in project and team management.
