Mô tả
- Provide technical support to end-users during implementations (CRM/ERP).
- Maintain and proactively improve/enhance some functions of CRM/ERP following the business.
- Create and review relevant technical documentations.
- Make necessary recommendations to IT Manager regarding possible improvements of the assigned systems.
- Be the first contact of end-user (included ERP & CRM user), analyze the relevant issues and fix them
- Participate in other IT projects as assigned.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from university, major in IT Engineering / MIS – Management Information System / BIS – Business Information System / Software Technology. ·
- Good software programming skills, comprehensive language .NET, X++, C# & Ruby/Ruby on Rails. Experience with SQL/SSAS/SSRS and web services.
- Good understanding of AWS, Azure, OOP, MVC Framework, ORM, RESTful API, Design Patterns.
- Development and customization experience in Dynamics AX 2009/2012 and CRM is preferred. ·
- Familiar with Software Implementation Methodology, Microsoft .NET technology, Microsoft Visual Studio development. ·
- Having knowledge of Database Systems Analysis and Design, MySQL/PostgreSQL…
- Hands-on HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap…
- Microsoft Dynamics ERP & CRM certificate is a PLUS.
