Receptionist

• Fielding telephone calls, receiving & directing visitors
• Managing in-and-out documents
• Office supports such as contacting suppliers, mails, input data, stationery, etc
• Update appointment calendars and schedule meeting rooms as required

Operation ADM:

• Handle admin jobs such as staff’s leave control, etc.
• Provide logistics for visitors: airport pickup, welcome, food & beverage, transportation, air ticket, hotel booking…
• Arrange/ program, schedule for company visitors
• Booking air tickets, car for company’ s staffs.
• Handle purchasing tasks.
• Receive information and do the procedures which are related to Administrative.
• Other relevant tasks assigned by Manager
