– Cooperate to sales & BSO team to review the compliance of documents/to fullfill and verify trade documents
– Input precisely & maintain punctually the data of sales & cost on SAP system.
– Prepare the supportive documents for billing process and payment process of the assigned products or services
– Use System Application Programming software to manage the product orders & make documents
– Cooperate to broker and liner to pick up documents, and solve problem relative to vessel, customers and container
– Support to arrange truck to load goods
– Report process loading and fullfill documents daily.
– Suport VKPC claim insurance
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from University with major in Logistics, Import/Export or related field
- Have 1-2 years working experience in Import-Export field
- Good communication in English
- Can use Word, Excel, Power Point for working
- Be active, honesty and cooperative
